Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

For Original paintings - Due to rural location of the studio, please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an order confirmation email immediately. Expect an email within those 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

For Fine art prints - Orders are printed to order and typically processed within 14 days, with delivery times varying based on location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Often prints are shipped well within these timeframes but there may be factors outside of my control that mean things take a little longer, especially during busy periods.

PICKUP/DELIVERY: We do not currently offer pickup or local delivery, however please send me an email if you are within 60km of Imbil, QLD and we may be able to make a mutual arrangement.

SHIPPING: Shipping is free for all physical products - no hidden surprises! :) Australia Post typically takes 3-10 business days to ship to most Australian locations. If you are remotely located this may be longer. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.
